URGENT REQUEST FOR FEDERAL INVESTIGATION — DELAWARE COUNTY, OHIO

Dear President Donald J. Trump,

Mr. President, enough is enough!

I am Felix A. Maurent, founder of NEWS327, Investigative Journalist & Intelligence Analyst, and a proud MAGA supporter.

I am requesting an immediate federal investigation into alleged judicial corruption, prosecutorial misconduct, and possible concealment of evidence within the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in Ohio.

I served 11 years in prison following a conviction that I firmly believe was politically motivated and deliberately orchestrated by individuals within the judicial system.

I previously reported my concerns to the FBI. I also recall a motion seeking disposal of records connected to my criminal case. The judge who sentenced me subsequently retired, and other officials involved are no longer serving in their former positions. I believe these circumstances deserve serious federal scrutiny.

Now, approximately three years after my release, Delaware County has demanded $14,636.04 in alleged court costs!

Throughout my 11 years of incarceration, no deductions toward this alleged debt were made from my prison trust account. I received no notices demanding this amount, and I have not identified a docket entry establishing the specific debt.

Furthermore, the trial court previously gave the State of Ohio time to produce evidence supporting the disputed financial obligation. According to correspondence from my attorney, the state failed to provide that proof.

I also question whether airfare, hotel expenses, and other prosecution witness costs were legally assessed against me.

Where is the evidence? Where is the complete itemized accounting? Where is the judicial authorization?

Mr. President, I am demanding an independent investigation by the Department of Justice and FBI into my conviction, the prosecutors and judges involved, appellate proceedings, the disposal of court records, and this questionable financial demand.

If investigators uncover broader misconduct, I request a review of other affected cases and appropriate legal action against those responsible.

As a proud MAGA supporter, I take government corruption extremely seriously. We are fed up with fraud, abuses of authority, and violations of constitutional rights.

No judge, prosecutor, or government official should be above the law. Retirement must never shield anyone from accountability for proven wrongdoing.

I have documentation that I am prepared to provide to federal investigators.

Mr. President, I am asking for justice, transparency, and a full federal investigation. Eleven years of my life cannot be returned, but the truth deserves to be exposed.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DESERVE ANSWERS!
